This is not a flat print. It’s a precision, multi-stage, dimensional cut. Every intricate detail of the emblem—from the robust gear-ring border to the fine multi-level piston head, the complex internal gears, and the large, iconic “125cc” text—has been meticulously vector-cut from premium, metallic-effect gold vinyl.
Our unique process creates a ‘double gold’ effect. There are two distinct, raised layers of gold vinyl. This creates incredible depth and a dimensional 3D look that was never possible with simple decals. The effect is so pronounced it mimics the look and feel of a complex, layered metal badge.
